This D005 series piston can be installed directly into the carcase side panel, positioned on the gable end opposite the mounting plates. For accurate positioning the use of the smove drilling jig is recommended.
The D005 series can also be used with the D065 grey mounting bracket or the D076SN9 die-cast mounting bracket, for mounting the system onto the side panel, positioned on the gable end opposite the mounting plates.

A plastic door buffer which is designed to cover the 5mm holes drilled to mount euroscrew fixing hinge mounting plates. This allows the carcase to be drilled so that the door can be mounted on either side. Two pins on the back of the buffer locate in the 5mm holes and it is secured with an R4 woodscrew (not supplied). The soft neoprene insert is supplied loose.
